Expectations

  • To have ownership of all aspects of your business, promoting our values and the core essence of German Kraft, Jim & Tonic.  
  • To assist and stand in place for the General Manager, in the running of the daily operation and work of the business delivering all site KPIs to agreed targets.
  • To understand what it is to run a safe and responsible business, and put the measures in place to make sure your shifts are always safe.
  • To lead the team to achieve exceptional guest service at all times through consistent coaching and development of the team.

Technical Skills/Qualifications - Must haves

  • Hold a personal licence
  • Be able to train and advise on all relevant courses.
  • Legally allowed to work in the UK
  • Have the flexibility to be able to work evenings and weekends including bank holidays
  • Be of reasonably good health and have sufficient stamina to work in a pressurised, physical environment.
  • A minimum of 12 months of supervisory experience in a similar type of operation or have followed the in-house training process.
  • Literate and numerate to a reasonable level in order to complete daily financial activities and company procedures
