Introducing:Talk to Me(rv) - An Audience With..., the monthly in-person social where you get inspired by the greatest inspirations from the body confidence world.

Each month, we’ll invite someone into the hot seat to share their journey openly and candidly. From artists to activists, coaches to creatives, we’ll invite these incredible people to share wth us new and refreshing takes on ways we can all approach our lives more confidently.

This month, we’re going to be interviewing: Me! (Merv).

My mission is to help as many people as possible obtain and maintain confidence for themselves. This talk, with me in the hot seat(!), is a chance for me to share how possible it is for anyone to break past their current belief system towards a life they dream of - which could simply be a feeling of comfort in front of a camera.

I'll be sharing stories of confidence, as well as my own, along with ways I've developed You at Yours in becoming such a cornerstone in the pursuit of happiness and confidence.
