It takes place every last Saturday of the month at the beautiful Kingsland Locke Hotel. You will choose and transfer your mosaic subject onto a wood substrate and learn how to cut and fix the tesserae following basic mosaic rules. Instructions will be provided throughout, in a relaxed and easy way, and you will learn a lot while having a great time. Your mosaic will then be grouted and finished, ready to take home.

Marie-Paule worked for 30 years as a technical translator before taking a leap into the mosaic world. She is now a professional mosaicist using glass, stained glass, marble and smalti, as well as recycled materials to create colourful and vibrant mosaics. She offers small group workshops in a convivial and friendly atmosphere in her home. Single or multiple group sessions, one to one tuition on request.

What's included in the price?

All the materials, equipment and protective eyewear and aprons are provided. You do not need to bring anything but please do not wear expensive clothes as mosaic can be dusty and messy.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
